Our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mansoor Ahmad, has vast experience in many industries and organizations.
After completing a Bachelor’s in Accounting in 2014, Mansoor worked in clerical accounting in the service industry following graduation (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable).
He decided to leave his company and work in contracting/consulting in 2015. Upon joining a reputable agency, he performed his first assignment in Healthcare Billing/Admin Finance. His next few roles lined him up to perform in Procurement related roles (Purchasing, Demand Planning, and Strategic Sourcing).
In 2017, he moved to his current industry, Financial Services, where he was brought on to perform as a full-fledged Accountant to assist with Procurement projects, General Ledger Accounting, Sales/Use Tax, process improvement, and maintaining the company’s transactions on the clearing accounts.
In 2018, he moved to the mortgage industry in a Finance role, working for the Investor Reporting department of a reputable mortgage lender. Here he worked extensively with mortgage-backed securities, remittance wire payments to trusts, loan servicing projects, process improvement tasks, and submitting reports to the trust based on servicing obligations.
While working in Financial Services at his mortgage lender, Mansoor decided to pursue a Masters of Science Degree in Accountancy while working full-time in 2019. He graduated in December, 2021 as a part of the Class of 2021 Master’s of Science in Accountancy Program. Only 10-15 graduates appeared in this program to walk during the next commencement ceremony.
It was always his dream to serve the community, empower education and thought in the area of Tax and Accounting Services, and provide useful information to allow people to save money in their endeavors in regards to Tax and Business Accounting.
Mansoor has 6 years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry. His primary expertise is working with SQL Server Management Studio, MS Power BI, Databases, Queries, and Reporting tools in various functions such as Accounting and Investor Reporting. He has also worked on business unit system implementations and automation of processes for the business unit. He has the knowledge and personality of an Accountant with the technical expertise of a Database Developer.
Mansoor also has experience providing tax preparation services as an IRS Registered Tax Preparer, and has taken various Data Analytics, Statistical Programming Language, and Database classes in his Master’s program while in school. Although he liked taking technical courses, some of the foundation courses that helped Mansoor start his tax practice was the Seminar in Business Taxation and other required Accounting curriculum in the Master’s Program at California State University, Fullerton.
He is very family-oriented, he used to enjoy racing automobiles and going to track events and autocross events, and now instead spends his free time with friends and family on the weekends, whenever he is not assisting clients with their needs.
