How Services Are Offered Virtually (Without an Office)

Step 1: Call or E-mail Us

The first step to receiving either tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory service is notifying us either by calling or e-mailing that you wish to schedule an appointment.

Step 2A: Brief Virtual Consultation

We will then schedule a phone call with you on your calendar, or if preferred, a video conference meeting. If you are calling for bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services, we will determine the scope of what you require for your business. At that point, we will determine the cost necessary to provide these services.

This can all be done without leaving your home or workplace, virtually without driving into an office.

(We do not own or lease any buildings to meet in and have operated this way since our formation in 2020. Most of our clients enjoy and prefer the ease and convenience of getting their taxes done from the comfort of their home and resolving any matters virtually).

We have a completely electronic and secure pipeline for conducting service!

Step 2B: Brief Virtual Consultation (for Tax Preparation or General Questions/Information)

If you are interested in gathering further information about getting your taxes done, we will provide only the information required for you to decide whether or not to receive service from us. This may include pricing or quotes for service. If you are a past client and wish to receive past documents, we may route them to you.

If you are unsure and/or are just interested in having general tax or accounting questions answered:

We will have to refer you to our “Ask An Accountant” Subscription Plan where you may ask as many questions as you want in a 30-minute window at set times per month based on whatever tier plan you choose (which is based on the number of calls/meetings per month).

If You are Satisfied and Wish to Proceed with Service and want to have your Taxes Done with Us:

We will send a secure document upload link through Intuit. We use Intuit ProConnect to prepare and submit all IRS Filings. The platform is completely virtual, and we can obtain W-2’s, 1099’s, and any tax-related documents without passing documents in person using Intuit Link.

You will only have to register and create an Intuit account in order to submit documents for us to prepare your tax return. We also collect e-signatures for approval and E-File Signatures electronically (via Docusign), sent to your personal e-mail when we are ready to file the documents to the IRS.

At this point in time, you will receive a locked/watermarked copy of your tax filings for approval. You will then approve the document for e-filing.

(Intuit is the same company that offers “Intuit TurboTax”)

Step 3: We will route an invoice via Quickbooks for Payment

In order to proceed with filing your documents, we will collect payment electronically via a Quickbooks Electronic Invoice. This will be sent to your personal e-mail ***.

(*** Note: Unless payment is received, we may not continue with filing your documents. And whether or not the outcome of your tax filings is desirable or not, we may still collect a balance due for having spent the time completing your work).

Once your invoice is paid, we will move on to the next step.

Step 4: Provide Copies of Documents

Once everything is reviewed by both parties and your invoice is paid, will e-file any documents due to the IRS and relevant State(s). We will send you copies of the documents to your personal e-mail without any blocking (i.e. “DO NOT FILE” watermark).

Final Step: 6 Months of Free Consultations following Tax Filing Invoice Payment

Once your invoice is paid, that means you have become a confirmed client with Victoreus LLC. That means we will offer you 6 months of complimentary consultations to the best of our availability to prepare you for a better year the next time you come. If you decide to come back, we will proceed the same way the next year.

If you do not wish to return, once the 6 months have passed, if you wish to contact us again for any related questions, we will have to refer you to the Ask an Accountant Subscription Plan.
