Due to the nature of Tax Preparation Services, Bookkeeping, and Advisory Services there is a number of non-public confidential information shared between the client/customer and Victoreus LLC.
All information shared between registered tax preparers and staff here at Victoreus LLC is stored in a confidential private database, and any such interactions between staff and the client/customer is held with the utmost sense of security and confidentiality. No sharing of information shall be made with any other party except the client/customer and those who the client/customer expressedly permits Victoreus LLC to share information with (in the event the client/customer would like peripheral services, such as referrals to attorneys).
Upon request from the client/customer, if the client wishes to remove information from our private, secured databases, the client can request purging of the file wherever possible. Without the request to delete sensitive data from past contact, all information will be held securely in software or databases for a total of up to 6 years before they are automatically purged. This is to ensure we can serve the client better in the event they wish to return for service.
Regarding Monthly “Ask an Accountant” Subscription Plan Cancellations:
Cancellation is allowed with a 30-day notice. If a customer cancels their plan before the first 30 days in their period of subscription ends, the plan will cancel when the 30-day period the customer is currently in ends. There is no refund provided in the middle of a subscription month. This applies to all levels of subscription:
- The Beginner
- The Intermediate
- The “I’m Really Lost”
Regarding State and Federal Consultative Information for “Ask an Accountant” Subscription:
Victoreus LLC is a California registered LLC. Therefore, for any subscriptions purchased as part of the “Ask an Accountant” plan for residents within California, California Tax and Accounting Regulations will be utilized to provide guidance coupled with Federal IRS Tax regulations.
For residents seeking tax and accounting advice outside of California, Federal IRS Regulations will be utilized to provide guidance. However, state-specific information outside of California would have to be thoroughly researched in an effort to prevent false information from being disclosed. This may result in minor delays in providing relevant state-specific information required for consultations with out-of-state clients.
